Price: US $59.00 per BBL F.O.B Vladivostok
Quantity: 560,000 BBL for first month trial with rolls and extension

Diesel Gas Oil D2 GOST 305-82
Price: US $400 per MT F.O.B Novorossiysk
Quantity: 55,000 MT for first month trial with rolls and extension

Mazut M100 GOST 10585-75 / 10585-99
Price: US $250 per MT F.O.B Vladivostok
Quantity: 50,000 MT for first month trial with rolls and extension

Commission must be paid by Buyer for Seller side and Buyer side Paymasters
for Facilitators as in NCNDA and Fee protection IMFPA accepted and
signed by the Buyer before get the FCO and SPA.

Commission for JP54 : US $3.00 per BBL / at 50 % for seller and 50 % for
buyer Facilitator via Paymaster.
Commission for D2 : US $10.00 per MT / at 50 % for seller and 50 % for
buyer Facilitator via Paymaster.
Commission for Mazut : US $10.00 per MT / at 50 % for seller and 50 %
for buyer Facilitator via Paymaster.

F.O.B PROCEDURE SPOT-LIFTABLE:

1. Buyer issue ICPO to end seller.
2. Seller issue CI “commercial invoice”, MOU “memorandum of understanding” and “Tank Receipt and analytical report at the sellers loading port”.
3. Buyer sign CI and MOU and send a copy to the seller.
4. Seller issue DTA “Dip test Authorization” to the buyer.
5. Buyer Confirm DTA, buyer issues CPA “charter party agreement”/Q88 to the
seller.
6. Seller program lift in the name of the buyer and buyers vessel at the sellers
loading port upon confirmation of the buyers vessel.
7. Buyer Dip test, Seller loads buyer vessel.
8. Buyer Issue payment (MT103) for the total cost of the product loaded to buyer’s
vessel.
9. Commissions will be pay by the Buyer to the 2 paymasters as accepted
and signed in the NCNDA and IMFPA.
Note: if buyer is willing to conclude and does not have their own Vessel,
buyer can negotiate with the seller and tank farm & the buyer shall sign
CPA with the farm/shipping company.
We only deal with ready and genuine buyers.
Buyers are advised not to issue there ICPO if our terms and procedure and
commission are not accepted 100%
Our terms and procedure of Refinery are not negotiable.
