CIF PROCEDURES ASWP (KD)

1. Buyer signs and seals the SPA and returns back to Seller electronically. The signed contract by both parties is considered legally binding and enforceable.

2. Buyer sends storage facility /NOR format, client information sheet, passport copy and certificate of business registration to Seller.

3. Buyer’s bank issues MT199 Pre-advise to Seller’s Bank stating RWA to issue DLC MT700 for confirmed, irrevocable, unconditional, divisible, transferable, cash backed SBLC MT760 or DLC MT700 for ($65M FOR 1M BARRELS VESSEL OR $130M FOR 2M BARRELS VESSEL) . Seller’s bank responds via MT199 RWA to receive the DLC and issue 2% Performance Bond.

4. Buyer bank issues confirmed, irrevocable, unconditional, divisible, transferable, cash backed SBLC MT760 or DLC MT700 ($65M FOR 1M BARRELS VESSEL OR $130M FOR 2M BARRELS VESSEL) by SWIFT in favor of the Seller, within 72 hours, according to the Seller’s bank verbiage. Seller’s bank confirms the instrument and responds to Buyer’s bank with 2% performance bond (PB).

5. After confirming the instrument, Seller loads an exclusive vessel and issues cargo documents in Buyer’s name and vessel set sail to Buyer’s POD with periodic ETA to the Buyer and Buyer’s Agents.

6. At Buyer’s POD, Buyer’s agent clears the vessel and Seller issues ATB while Buyer’s inspectors board the vessel and perform the inspection.

7. Inspectors release report to both parties while Seller issues Commercial Invoice.

8. Within 72 hours, Buyer makes payment of cargo via MT103 cash wire transfer.

9. Seller confirms payment and authorizes Captain to discharge cargo.

10. Seller pays all Agents and commence subsequent shipments.
